¿ O ES QUE SE HA PERDIDO LA DIGNIDAD HUMANA AL DEFENDER A UN CRIMINAL ?
EL DERECHO A LA INOCENCIA LO DETERMINA EL JUEZ CUANDO AL FINAL APLICA SU SENTENCIA, PERO EN LA MENTE DE SU ABOGADO, YA TIENE LOS INDICIOS DE ESA CULPABILIDAD Y ES AHÍ QUE ME PREGUNTO ¿ QUE PIENSA O SIENTE ESE ABOGADO...?
ESTA SEMANA FUE ASUNTA....... PERO ANTES FUERON OTROS A LOS QUE HOY, RECUERDO CON EL MISMO DOLOR ..................................................................

        Sé que debería esperar a que la Justicia manifieste su firme sentencia : culpable o inocente, porque se dice que todo "imputado es inocente mientras no se demuestre lo contrario" y la presunción de inocencia es y debe ser el primer derecho de cualquier ciudadano. Pero entendiendo y respetando estos principios en una Sociedad Democrática y con un Estado Legislativo de Derechos ( ¿ nuestra España lo es ...?), como ser humano que soy,como padre y como abuelo, no puedo silenciar mi odio y mi dolor por los hechos, SUPUESTAMENTE cometidos sobre la vida de dos inocentes niños, RUTH y JOSÉ, VERDADEROS ÁNGELES HOY. Tal vez, habiendo existido casos iguales o parecidos y en que las sentencias dictadas condenaron a los culpables a 50 años...500 años ó 2.000 años de cárcel, la realidad final de dichas sentencias es que el condenado ¿ cuantos años pasó cumpliéndolas...8 años... 15 años.... 25 años....?. Solo existen dos realidades: el condenado está ... paseando por la calle.... pero el asesinado, desde su primer día como tal.... no ha salido del cementerio.
   Y tal vez no es correcto decir " que no creemos en la Justicia", pero personalmente, no creo en los conceptos y criterios progresistas que aplican la Justicia, como se suele decir " depende del ojo que mire... el que la aplica...". Esa Justicia,con el mismo delito, en las mismas circunstancias etc. etc. dependen  en que País se cometa, la sentencia dictada será distinta y hasta en un mismo País, Estados Unidos, los mismos hechos, de un Estado a otro, pueden ser de diferentes aplicaciones. Sin embargo estos hechos, en todos los Países del mundo tienen un mismo denominador: los asesinados están muertos y enterrados en un cementerio del cual no han salido ni saldrán un solo día, ni nadie reclamará .... "un tercer grado...".
Y si bien, como reconozco al principio, debería esperar a que la sentencia sea firme, hoy ...¡¡¡ no me da la gana ...!!! porque esa sentencia jamás tendrá en cuenta el derecho que a la vida tenían dos inocentes palomas ... HOY ... ÁNGELES... RUTH y JOSÉ.
    ¿ Cual puede ser esa sentencia...? ¿ 30 años ...100 años ...1.000 años? y de esos ¿ cuantos cumplirá...?
¡¡¡Si es buen recluso .... si va a misa los domingos ... si reza el rosario todas las tardes ...etc...etc.? ¿ En cuantos años reales se convertirá el  cumplimiento de esa sentencia ...?
     Crímenes o asesinatos siempre los hubo y desgraciadamente... los seguirá habiendo y ninguno merece ni justificación, ni perdón, ni reducción.... pero cuando los asesinados son dos bellos inocentes... el hecho debería tener un mayor castigo. Solo voy ( y meramente porque el pensarlo me rasga el alma de dolor) a recordar los cientos de miles de niños asesinados por los alemanes de una época en los campos de concentración nazis. Acabada esa guerra, los países democráticos existentes, consideraron que para ser juzgados los responsables de esos terribles hechos, se debería crear un Tribunal Internacional, formado por los mas acreditados y prestigiosos Juristas Mundiales en los cuales NADIE en este mundo, tuviese dudas de su imparcialidad a la hora de respetar los derechos de cualquier Estado de Derecho en la figura de los imputados, cuyos hechos de tal gravedad, debían perdurar el criterio de inocencia hasta que se demostrara lo contrario y su sentencia fue DICTADA
                  CONDENA A MUERTE Y SU EJECUCIÓN INMEDIATA
¿ Fue acaso antidemocrática esta sentencia...? ¿ Tuvo alguien alguna duda de que no se respetaron sus derechos fundamentales...? ¿ Puede alguien ( tal vez sí...) comparar esta sentencia con los mismos hechos que los condenados realizaron...?
    Los progresistas dicen que un País en donde se aplica " la pena de muerte" es un País que no respeta los derechos a la vida de los condenados y por lo tanto, es un País que está fuera de un Estado Democrático de Derecho ...¡¡¡ una mierda para todos ellos....!!!¿ y como sé, que a este...(¡¡¡como me cuesta....!!!) "presunto asesino de sus propios hijos", su sentencia estará determinada por un espacio de tiempo en años entre rejas?
 ( años en que los españoles le pagaremos su desayuno, su almuerzo, su cena, su televisión, su radio, su prensa, sus libros y ¡¡¡ hasta si un día le duelen sus huevos... pagaremos a su médico....!!!!, pero que serán siempre años limitados por el tiempo con los correspondientes derechos a sus reducciones porque " nosotros, en esta España   " si tenemos un Estado de Derecho...................."" ¡¡¡una coña marinera...!!!

"" ¡¡¡ Motivos para justificar una separación de pareja..!!

Cuando un matrimonio se separa, estoy seguro que los motivos serán distintos entre parejas que llevan menos de 10 años de casados y parejas que llevan más de 25 años de casados si bien en algunos casos, pueden ser los mismos, independientemente de los años de convivencia, pero yo prefiero reflexionar sobre los motivos en matrimonios de más de 25 años bajo el mismo techo, porque tal vez en matrimonios  "nuevos", el 80% de los mismos, sean "infantilismos sin peso".
   Cuando una pareja de más de 25 años de relación, la cual ha dado fruto a nuevas vidas, (hijos) y que ya han  pasado días de rosas y días de tinieblas y tormentas, los motivos que pueden existir pueden ser infinitos, pero dejando aparte los que se encuadran dentro " de la violencia de género ", la mayoría es posible que tengan diferentes criterios por parte del hombre y de la mujer en su valoración, pero que para los infantiles-hombres SI tienen una suprema importancia y para las formadas mujeres... simplemente, no los entienden y lo peor es que "no le dan la mayor importancia, ( ¡¡¡ y si que la tienen..!!!), los cuales existieron desde el principio de los tiempos y existirán y yo los clasifico en tres puntos:
1º.- El hombre puede tener las extra-matrimoniales relaciones sexuales que le surjan que ello JAMAS SIGNIFICA QUE HA DEJADO DE QUERER A SU MUJER....
2º.-La mujer, si tiene una sola relación sexual extra-matrimonial... desde ese mismo instante.... su marido, sentimentalmente... ha muerto para ella.
3ª.- CUANDO EL HAMBRE ENTRA POR LA PUERTA .... EL AMOR.....ESCAPA POR LA VENTANA.
    Siempre he considera que a los hombres, sobretodo de mi generación, nos han educado tan mal que ahora somos personas mayores pero con la mente infantil y egoísta, y dejando de un lado los motivos dentro del "GÉNERO DE VIOLENCIA", cuando un hombre, durante un periodo largo de tiempo " se siente abandonado sexualmente" el riego de que abandone su hogar queda latente ante la posibilidad  de encontrar otra hembra que le dé comida. Aveces, cuando vemos que un amigo abandonó a su bella, correcta y buena mujer por otra que ni se le puede comparar con la primera, automáticamente encontramos la respuesta...." claro esa con ser más fea ... le da lo que la otra no le da en la cama...." y es que ese apetito sexual ( digo yo natural del hombre) es el que nos hace creer que nuestra novia será mañana : nuestra esposa, nuestra amiga, nuestra amante, nuestra puta e incluso ... nuestra madre... y tu mujer solo eres un ser humano no 6 en un mismo cuerpo. El hombre todo lo permite, hasta que le compren la ropa sin opinar, hasta que le digan que pantalón debe vestir sin opinar, hasta que se le debe o no se le debe permitir a los hijos sin opinar, menos ...menos.... escoger el modelo del coche familiar... eso si que no, pero todas esas concesiones las damos por buenas porque en la casa "manda la mujer" y cuando un hombre, "debe mandar ....malo malo...", pero si aceptamos todo eso, lo que no aceptamos son las "jaquecas femeninas... los dolores de cabeza inoportunos etc etc".Cuando el hombre le compra un regalo a su mujer, cuando la invita a cenar, cuando la lleva a una fiesta, incluso cuando le gusta que le acompañe en la comida a tomar un vino, una copa, un sorbete de champán... en el fondo, el hombre lo que está buscando " es provocar que eso espante los dolores de cabeza y esté más animada a lo que...." buscamos" .... Y si salimos de casa, un día y otro día "sin desayunar" al llegar a una edad.... el peligro de encontrar comida ajena, puede empezar a poner fantasmas en la relación de matrimonio.
   En ese mundo que nos han criado nuestras madres y posteriormente nos siguen educando nuestras esposas, el verdadero Paraíso Terrenal es vivir como el mundo árabe porgue eso significa poder tener .
Una mujer (1) para criar los hijos
Una mujer (2) para hacer la comida y cena
Una mujer (3) para planchar
Una mujer (4) para las noches de " reserva "
   Y así, seguro que "alguna de ellas" no tendría dolores de cabeza ni las odiadas jaquecas nocturnas.
  Vosotras mujeres también sois culpables de nuestro infantil-egoísmo porque lo queréis abarcar todo, hacer todo y el TODO provoca estrés, agotamiento y claro cansancio.
   Cuando unos padres se separan el "árbol" de la familia se rompe y jamás ni para el padre ni para la madre ni para los hijos, la vida "será igual". Claro que existen razones que justifican separaciones y sobretodo aquellas que ya han entrado en la violencia de género. Cada año, desgraciadamente mueren más mujeres que el año anterior en manos de sus verdugos-asesinos-maridos y las leyes humanas nada pueden  hacer para evitarlo, pero si creo que la única forma en que descenderá a un porcentaje mínimo pero que posiblemente "algún caso siempre se dará"  será ..................
      EL DÍA QUE LAS MUJERES CANSADAS DE ESA VIOLENCIA COMIENCEN A ASESINAR A SUS MARIDOS. El día que esas noticias salgan en prensa en donde el número de asesinos se compare con el de asesinas, el hombre, inconscientemente, se lo pensará antes de maltratar a una mujer. Desgraciadamente tiene que haber ( y lo siento) mujeres asesinas, de lo contrario el número de asesinadas aumentará porque el verdugo parece entenderse justificado por la sociedad " que eres mía o de nadie... que yo voy 6 años a la cárcel pero tu vas de por vida al cementerio...." y solo cuando el cobarde, egoísta e infantil machista, lea en la prensa que " hoy... otro hombre fue asesinado por su mujer ,....""""" se lo pensará mucho...y muy mucho, antes de levantarle la mano, una sola vez a una mujer.Total con la situación social del momento y los momentos que vendrán, en la cárcel ve la televisión, juega a las cartas, tiene la comida y cena asegurada, puede estudiar y el médico y medicamentos son gratis.... pero ella, desgraciadamente... no saldrá del cementerio. Estoy seguro que solo eso evitará más muertes de mujer como estoy seguro que vosotras mujeres.... si cuando vuestro marido sale de casa TODOS TODOS TODOS  los días, le habéis hartado con un "buen desayuno"... ya le pueden poner manjares cubanos o brasileros... que no probará ninguno,pero
"""" si hasta el día de vuestra boda, mientras que para vosotras el inmenso mundo SOLO ERA VUESTRO FUTURO MARIDO..... nosotros no podíamos evitar de valorar lo buena que estaba fulana, citrana o mengana...¿porque...? " porque nos enseñaron que no es jabón que se gaste...."ç
Bueno aparte la normal pequeña broma, si creo que la mayoría de las separaciones, podrían evitarse si la mujer aceptara el fervor sexual del hombre.... es y será así siempre ;  pregunta .....
 ¿ PUEDE HABER UN SOLO HOMBRE QUE NIEGUE SER SU VERDADERO SUEÑO CASARSE A LA VEZ CON DOS MUJERES?.... llamemosle hacer el amor ...fo......etc etc,... es la propia y real vida.
