La Grandeza de un Pueblo y en este caso, nuestro Pueblo, Cangas de Morrazo en la provincia de Pontevedra no solo la potencia su belleza natural como Pueblo Marinero, en donde sus blancas playas son besadas por las aguas del Atlántico que cansadas de largas travesías recalan por nuestra Ría de Vigo buscando el sosiego de nuestro micro clima. Esa Grandeza también le da vida, nuestra lejana Historia recibiendo hace mucho tiempo el Digno título de Villa y Capital de la Península del Morrazo. Pero a estos valores naturales debemos sumar el valor de su gente que nos da ese sentimiento desde nuestro nacimiento, de orgullosos habitantes de Cangas de Morrazo. Ciudadanos de nuestro Pueblo que desde mucho más atrás de nuestra amada María Soliño, en su faceta humana de escritores, poetas, fotógrafos, narradores, deportistas que con su esfuerzo nos han dado Títulos Mundiales y Olímpicos , músicos, grupos folclóricos, amantes del baile y del canto y como no... gente del Pueblo que con su esfuerzo creó grandes y pequeñas Empresas que dieron vida laboral a los demás.
Pero hoy, quiero expresar mi agradecimiento a un joven Empresario que recibió genética y profesionalmente la experiencia de su padre, un gran profesional en la rama de la Hostelería, llegado de tierras italianas como fué el sr. SALVATORE, dejando en su hijo Gianni, los principios que marcan la diferencia de ser un buen Profesional, al haber conseguido que en su Cafetería ENZIANI, Un solo Euro, halla perdido su Dignidad monetaria. Con sus 190 metros cuadrados de Cafetería para no fumadores, sus 60 metros cuadrados de terraza para unos y otros, sus aseos de 50 metros cuadrados y sus 29 cómodas mesas, lo primero que se observa es su exquisita limpieza en cualquier punto de la misma y lo segundo es que si entras por primera vez, no acertarás en saber quien es el Propietario, porque todos te atienden, todos sirven, todos limpian, todos cobran y siempre en sus caras, como profesionales que son, encontrarás una leve sonrisa y una respuesta a tus preguntas. Pero ¿ quien es el Jefe...? ¿ será Rafa, Fina, Marta, Eva, Merchi o quizás Gianni ...?. El caso es que una vez sentado y con el simple café, cuyo valor es UN EURO, la cafetería te brinda el poder ver la televisión a través de sus 5 Pantallas L.C.D. que colocadas estratégicamente, no pierdes la visión de las mismas, salvo que quieras utilizar el Servicio de Internet. Pero si prefieres la lectura, cuentas con 6 Faros de Vigo, dos Marca, 2 Sport. el Atlántico, el Diario de Pontevedra, la Voz de Galicia y el País. Ahora bien, si prefieres otro tipo de lectura, cuentas con todas las más importantes revistas del llamado Corazón. En ese mismo café de UN SOLO EURO, te sirven, si lo pides un vaso grande de Agua...." pero AGUA DE BOTELLA....", sin contar con las extraordinarias servilletas negras de la mesa, la pequeñita papelera de acero inoxidable y una clientela que dignifica el Local, en donde JAMÁS escucharás una voz Más alta que la otra. Pero quiero recalcar una última cosa más. Si eres cliente y por las razones que fuesen, dejas de visitar la Cafetería ENZIANI, cuando al año entres, notarás en la atención del personal.... que fué ayer, el último día que estuvistes.... y esto el cliente lo agradece.
Y por todo ello, la Cafetería ENZIANI forma parte de las diferentes cosas que dan Calidad a nuestro Pueblo. Si visitas nuestro bello Pueblo, no dejes de ver como UN SOLO EURO, en estos difíciles tiempos económicos, en la Cafetería ENZIANI ... ha perdido su Dignidad monetaria.
